Contact Sharon directly by phone to discuss your bag. She will ask for details and photographs so she can assess the piece, advise on a realistic sale price, and agree your commission rate before anything else happens. There is no obligation at this stage.

Once you are happy to proceed, you send your handbag to Adore using a tracked, fully insured courier or postal service. We recommend insuring the item for its full value as Adore is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they arrive with us.

When your bag arrives, Sharon personally inspects and authenticates it. We then photograph it professionally and prepare a listing that presents your piece in the best possible light.

Your handbag is listed across Adore's private client network, trusted resale platforms, social media and website. Sharon manages all buyer enquiries and negotiations on your behalf, keeping you informed throughout.

Once your bag is sold and the transaction is fully complete, payment is made to you within 7-10 days. Your payout is the final sale price, minus the agreed commission and any postage costs to the buyer - all agreed and transparent from the start.
